Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
One-Time Purchases
For one-time purchases, cancellations must be requested before the order has been processed. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In such cases, please refer to our [Return Policy] for instructions on returning the product.
Subscription Purchases
If you have subscribed to a recurring order, you can manage and cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account:
- Go to My Account > Manage Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you wish to cancel.
- Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled payment to avoid being charged for the next cycle. If you cancel after the payment has been processed, your order will still be shipped, and the cancellation will take effect for future deliveries.
Pre-Orders
For pre-orders, cancellations are accepted up until the item is shipped. Once the item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. If you still wish to return the product, please follow the steps in our [Return Policy].
Custom Orders
Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once the production process has started. Please double-check all details before submitting your order. If you need to cancel a custom order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@lilhalafoods.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if production has not yet begun.
Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final. Once the purchase has been completed, cancellations or refunds are not available.
How to Cancel Your Order
To cancel any order, please contact us at hello@lilhalafoods.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. We will confirm the status of your order and process the cancellation if applicable.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation is successful and you have already been charged, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
